By creating a Signal account or using the Signal service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Signal is an agentic social growth platform that monitors public conversations across YouTube, X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok, scores opportunities for relevance, and generates contextual responses for your review and approval.

You retain ownership of your brand voice configuration, keywords, and custom content. Signal-generated drafts are provided as suggestions; you are responsible for any content you approve and publish.

6. Subscription & Billing

Signal offers monthly subscription plans. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Platform API changes may temporarily affect monitoring capabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Signal is provided "as is." SkylerLabs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, platform account actions, or third-party claims related to published content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
